Tamia brings a wealth of experience in early childhood education, having dedicated her career to nurturing young learners at the kindergarten level in Lilongwe. She is a passionate advocate for play-based and child-centred learning, believing that curiosity and creativity are the foundations of lifelong growth. Tamia is deeply committed to Youth Co-nnect's mission of giving every child the best possible start in life, and works tirelessly to create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating environment for every child in her care.

Chrissy brings several years of experience in primary education to her role at Youth Co-nnect in Lilongwe, where her warm and nurturing approach creates a safe, welcoming environment for every reception-age child in her care. She is deeply passionate about laying strong foundational literacy and numeracy skills that set children up for lifelong learning success. Chrissy is committed to ensuring each child feels valued and celebrated in the classroom, fostering confidence and a genuine love of learning from the very first day.

Circle time is a calm and welcoming part of the day where children come together to connect as a group. Through songs, stories, discussions, and sharing, children develop listening skills, confidence, and a sense of belonging within the classroom community.
